Hayley Kantor

Hayley Kantor currently serves as the Vehicle Systems and Avionics Engineering Manager at Northrop Grumman, having transitioned from Skyryse, where Kantor held multiple titles including Director of Systems Engineering and Lead System Engineer. At Skyryse, the focus was on developing FlightOS, a revolutionary flight deck operating system. Prior to that, Kantor was a System Engineer at Bird, contributing to electric scooter design and compliance, and at Moog Inc., where responsibilities included developing system requirements and managing test equipment projects. Additional experience encompasses roles at Haworth, MIT Lincoln Laboratory, and various internships, with a solid educational foundation consisting of a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University.
