Heather Dickson

Heather Dickson is a seasoned procurement specialist currently serving as a Principal Supply Chain Procurement Specialist at Northrop Grumman since June 2021. Prior experience includes over a decade at Schreiber Translations, Inc., where Heather held various leadership roles, including Director of Operations for the Interpreting Division, Program Manager, Resource Manager, and Production Assistant. In these capacities, Heather managed teams, oversaw project workflows, resolved client disputes, and facilitated recruitment and operations for a large database of linguists. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in United States Foreign Policy and National Security from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with minors in Chinese and Japanese languages. Additional language training was completed at Peking University.
