Jay Jones

Jay Jones, MBA, currently serves as a Technical Services Program Manager at Northrop Grumman, where responsibilities include directing all phases of the Foreign Military Sales sustainment program and overseeing Unmanned Autonomous Vehicle programs. With a robust background in systems engineering and project management, Jay has held multiple leadership roles such as System Engineering Manager and Technical Product Support Manager, managing large teams and technical projects while ensuring effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Prior experience includes serving as an Electronics Technician in the US Navy, with a focus on electrical and computer engineering training. Jay holds multiple MBAs in Finance from Towson University and the University of Baltimore, and a B.S. in Electronics Engineering Technology from Excelsior University.
