Joe Heffron

Joe Heffron is an experienced program manager and leader with a robust background in business operations and customer relations. Currently serving at Northrop Grumman since June 2013, Joe has held roles including Chief of Staff and Program Manager, where leadership responsibilities encompassed advising the VP/GM and managing an 18-member team overseeing $50M in annual revenue. Key achievements include significant growth in the Aftermarket Services segment. Previously, Joe excelled as Manager of Customer Relations at Chemring Energetic Devices, directing contract management for defense and aerospace proposals, and held various roles including Sr. Manager in Supply Chain and Materials Program Manager at Orbital ATK, focusing on supply chain strategies for government and commercial projects. Joe holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Roanoke College, obtained in 2003.
