Kaylee Fronk

Kaylee Fronk possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruiting within the aerospace and defense industry, having held roles such as University Recruiting Operations Manager and Sr Principal Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Northrop Grumman from August 2020 to January 2023. Responsibilities included full cycle recruiting, leadership in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives, and management of recruiting processes for engineering and operations positions. Prior experience includes positions at Walt Disney World as a Merchandise Trainer, where exceptional guest service and HR training were emphasized, as well as roles at Chase and America First Credit Union focusing on customer service and organizational skills. Kaylee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Western Governors University and an Associate of Science degree in General Studies from Weber State University.
