Kellyann Freeman Kerns

Kellyann Freeman Kerns is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in social media management, recruitment, and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Principal Communications at Northrop Grumman since November 2022, Kellyann has also held various roles with the United States Air Force as a Key Spouse since July 2016 and with The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in social media content management from July 2019 to November 2022. Previous positions include social media marketing management at Birdie Chases, contracts and talent acquisition at General Contracting, and business liaison roles at Brevard Workforce. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Social Work and a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration and Information Technology, both from the University of Central Florida.
