Miguel Flores

Miguel Flores is a seasoned engineering leader with a diverse background in electrical engineering and technology management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Northrop Grumman since January 2020, Miguel leads the R&D Electrical Engineering team and the eCAD group within the Northrop Grumman Innovation Systems sector. Previous experience includes the role of Director of Engineering at Logic PD from July 2016 to January 2020, and various positions at Honeywell, including Test Engineering Manager and Test Engineer, from March 2002 to July 2016. Miguel's career began as a Software and Test Engineer at Visteon/Ford @ Altec, followed by a role as Equipment and Automation Manager at DTE. Miguel holds a Master of Science in Electronic Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Chihuahua and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information and Systems Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua.
