Mike O'Connor

Mike O'Connor is an accomplished manufacturing and engineering professional with extensive experience in operations management and project leadership within the aerospace and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as the Manufacturing Manager of Operations at Northrop Grumman, Mike oversees the coordination of efforts in support of repairs and fleet operations. Previous roles include Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Airbus Helicopters, Inc., where Mike was recognized for managerial performance and team building, and Managing Director at PCW Manufacturing, where a high-quality manufacturing company was co-built. With a career that includes significant positions at PAC Seating Systems, B/E Aerospace, and Pratt & Whitney, Mike has demonstrated expertise in program management, strategic planning, and engineering, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Auburn University.
