Joseph Conley

Joseph Conley is an experienced operations manager currently serving as the Manager of Manufacturing Operations at Millennium Print Group, a subsidiary of the Pokémon Company International, since November 2022. Prior to this role, Joseph held various positions at Salem One for nearly 19 years, including Corporate General Manager, General Manager in Kernersville, Director of Project Management, and Senior Project Manager. Earlier in Joseph's career, experience included serving as a Quality Assurance Manager at Pratt Industries and a Project Manager at Temple-Inland, which was acquired by Pratt Industries. Joseph began the professional journey as a Customer Service Representative at CB Displays, which was acquired by Temple-Inland. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Printing Production Management from Appalachian State University, obtained between 1988 and 1993.
