Molly Fay

Molly Fay is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and process engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Chief Engineer and Senior Principal Manufacturing Engineer at Northrop Grumman since May 2019, Molly has held multiple engineering roles with increasing responsibility. Previous experience includes leadership positions as Operations Department Manager for powders and liquids at Coty, and as Process Engineer at both Pixelligent Technologies and Solvay. Early career roles included an internship at Corning Incorporated and a co-op position at McNeil Consumer Healthcare. Molly holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University, where studies were complemented by time at Peking University.
