Richard Nolan is an experienced contracting professional currently serving as the Director of Contracting at Northrop Grumman since June 2018. Previously, Richard held the position of Vice President of Contracts at Orbital ATK from October 2013 to June 2018, where strategic contract management leadership was provided to the Defense Electronic Systems division.
