Sammi Mukherjee

Sammi Mukherjee, Ph.D. in Behavioral and Organizational Psychology, holds extensive executive experience in human resources across several leading technology and manufacturing companies. As Executive Director of Human Resources at Northrop Grumman, Sammi has demonstrated strategic leadership. Prior roles include Global Director of HR Business Partnering at Juniper Networks, where support was provided to C-suite executives in Engineering, Research and Development, and the HRBP team. Sammi also served as Senior HR Leader at Jabil, focusing on corporate function executives, and as Director of HRBP at Applied Materials, supporting corporate executives in Engineering and corporate functions. Additionally, as Acting HR Vice President at GE, Sammi reported directly to the CEO, managing a global HR business partner team and providing support to C-suite executives.
