Trae Rogers

Trae Rogers has a diverse background in engineering and program management, with experience at Northrop Grumman as Director of Programs, Senior Program Manager, and Operations Program Manager. Prior roles include serving as a Staff Systems Engineer and Mechanical Engineer at L-3 Communications. Trae Rogers also demonstrated leadership skills as a Freshman/Modified Football Head Coach at The Aquinas Institute of Rochester, and held the position of Program Manager for the Town of Brighton. Early career experience includes a role as a Lifeguard at Allegany State Park.
