Errick L. Baldwin

Errick L. Baldwin, M.A. is an experienced leader in adult education and ministry, currently serving as the Director of WorkReadyU at Northshore Technical Community College since September 2011, where responsibilities include overseeing literacy centers, facilitating professional development, and enhancing adult education programs. Baldwin also contributes as a Pastor and Ordained Elder for The AME Zion Church, providing pastoral leadership and managing church administration. Previous roles include mentor positions at Duke University's Youth Academy, where Baldwin guided youth through reflection and service learning, and a Customer Support Coordinator at Biogen Idec. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, a Master of Divinity, a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration, and ongoing doctoral studies in Educational Leadership and Research at Louisiana State University.
