Shellie Lister

Shellie Lister is an experienced librarian currently serving as the Campus Librarian at Northshore Technical Community College since July 2023. Prior to this role, Lister worked as a Processor at St. Tammany Parish Library from January to July 2023 and as a School Librarian in the St. Tammany Parish Public School System from August 2021 to October 2022. Lister's extensive background at St. Tammany Parish Library includes positions such as Children's Librarian at Madisonville Library, Public Relations and Community Coordinator, Branch Manager, and Youth Services Librarian, spanning from February 2008 to July 2021. Lister holds a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh School of Computing and Information and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Biology from DePaul University, complemented by leadership training from Leadership St. Tammany.
