Jeff Biesczat

Jeff Biesczat is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in both healthcare and consumer goods industries. Since February 2012, Jeff has served as the System Sr. Vice-President and CFO for the North Region at NorthShore University HealthSystem, where responsibilities include overseeing a $3.5 billion business unit and participating in cross-functional leadership. Prior to this role, Jeff held several positions within NorthShore, focusing on financial reporting, compliance, and capital expenditures. Before joining NorthShore, Jeff worked at Wrigley from November 1999 to February 2012, where notable roles included Business Unit CFO for an $800 million confections unit and Senior Manager for global treasury operations. Jeff holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. in Finance, Accounting, and Economics from Purdue University Northwest.
