Ravi Bashyal

Ravi Bashyal serves as the Chief Hip and Knee Replacement Consultant and Co-Medical Director at the National Basketball Retired Players Association (NBRPA) since January 2023, focusing on providing access to comprehensive healthcare and performing outpatient minimally invasive total hip and knee replacements for retired players and their families. Additionally, since January 2022, Ravi holds the position of Site Medical Director and Medical Advisory Board Member at Hall of Fame Health, contributing similar healthcare services to retired professional football players. Since September 2011, Ravi has been the Vice-Chairman of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and Director of Outpatient Hip and Knee Replacement Surgery at Endeavor Health. Educational credentials include a fellowship in Adult Hip and Knee Reconstruction from Harvard Medical School, a residency in Orthopaedic Surgery from Washington University School of Medicine, an MD from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, and a BS in Biology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
