Samual Zastrow P.e.

Samual Zastrow, P.E. has a diverse work experience in the fields of technology, energy solutions, and mechanical engineering. Samual is currently serving as the Director of Technology at Northshore since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Energy Solutions Architect at Northshore from August 2021 to December 2022, and as an Energy Engineer from January 2020 to August 2021.

Before joining Northshore, Samual worked as an Energy Analyst at Glumac from July 2017 to December 2019. In this role, they constructed detailed building energy models for various clients and building types. Samual also provided recommendations for achieving Zero Net Energy and effectively communicated with stakeholders.

Samual's earlier work experience includes being a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Franklin Energy Services from August 2014 to August 2016. In this role, they performed calculations, designed custom calculators, and updated a catalog of reports for energy-efficient fixtures and practices. Samual also streamlined a database synchronization task.

Samual also gained experience as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at the National University of Singapore from May 2016 to July 2016. Here, they conducted research on electric scooters and designed a universal storage unit for scooters to address transportation difficulties within Singaporean infrastructure.

Samual Zastrow, P.E. pursued their education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2013 to 2017. During this period, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Mechanical Engineering. In addition, they obtained a Certificate in Engineering for Energy Sustainability from the same institution. To further enhance their professional qualifications, they obtained the WELL AP certification from the International WELL Building Institute in November 2017.
