Jenn Camps has been a board member at Northside Behavioral Health Center since November 2021. Prior to that, they were the senior director of IT Planning & Services at Moffitt Cancer Center from November 2010 to November 2021. In that role, Jenn led IT as a business-oriented organization, managing business operations to improve cost effectiveness, service quality, and IT operational effectiveness. Jenn was responsible for managing the Office of the CIO (OCIO), providing leadership for the cross-functional management of information and technology across the enterprise. Jenn also oversaw IT-related initiatives that strengthened the enterprise-wide technology services while enabling the Cancer Center to operate more efficiently. In support of the Chief Information Officer (CIO), Jenn provided leadership and guidance in critical areas of information technology administration including but not limited to: 1) IT planning & portfolio management inclusive of development and maintenance of consolidated IT roadmap that spans across the entire department, IT governance, IT strategic plan development and maintenance, IT portfolio management and intake coordination, IT capacity and demand management, business coordination & business analysis, and IT change management & communication 2) IT business performance inclusive of IT financial analysis, budgeting, & forecasting, IT purchasing/asset acquisition, contract and vendor management, benchmarking, Value Realization Process (VRP) initiatives, benefits realization reporting, 3) IT quality and standards inclusive of business architecture, IT quality assurance & testing, ITIL/application rationalization, service management standards and 4) business relationship management (BRM
