Chasity Bailey

Chasity Bailey is an experienced Medical Records Specialist at Northside Hospital since August 2021, where responsibilities include performing clerical duties, filing inpatient paperwork, ensuring accurate and complete medical records, safeguarding patient information in compliance with HIPAA standards, creating digital copies of records, and transferring data into the facility’s main database while providing excellent customer service. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Medical Screener at Octapharma from December 2017 to June 2018, where Chasity was responsible for screening donors and maintaining the facility. Chasity holds a Master of Public Health in Environmental Health from Fort Valley State University (2017-2019), and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain University (May 2022 - July 2024), following a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Fort Valley State University (2011-2016).
