Irina Bailey

Irina Bailey is an experienced professional with a strong background in patient care staff scheduling and customer success management. Currently serving as the Coordinator of Patient Care Staff Scheduling at Northside Hospital since December 2015, Irina has successfully implemented new software across three hospital campuses and over 30 departments, enhancing staff productivity while addressing technical challenges. Previously, as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Therasoft Online, Irina focused on candidate identification and training, contributing to sales and marketing initiatives at national conventions. Irina also held the position of Business Development/Customer Success Manager at Entaire Global Companies, Inc., providing leadership in departmental planning and revenue management. Irina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Marketing from Georgia State University.
