Luz Marquez-Kaley, CLS(ASCP)CM, serves as the CEO and Breeder at Pointer Mountain Bird Dogs since January 2010 and has held the position of Clinical Laboratory Manager at Northside Hospital since January 2008. With previous experience as Clinical Laboratory Manager at Medical Associates of North Georgia from January 2008 to January 2011, and as Laboratory Supervisor at both Saint Joseph's Hospital (2005-2008) and Osceola Regional Medical Center (2001-2005), Luz has a strong background in laboratory management. Beginning a career as a Medical Microbiologist at Coler-Goldwater Hospital from August 1997 to May 2001, Luz holds a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology from Long Island University, as well as a BS in Chemistry from Universidad de Puerto Rico.
