Susan Finch

Susan Finch, RN, BSN, MBA/HCM, is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as the Director of Critical Care at Northside Hospital since November 2014. Prior to this role, Susan held several leadership positions at Edward White Hospital, including Director of ICU, Interim CNO, and Director of ICU/PCU from July 2009 to November 2014. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Critical Care at Largo Medical Center (2001-2009) and Director of Critical Care Recovery at Charlotte Regional Medical Center (2000-2001). Earlier in the career, Susan worked at Mercy Hospital of Pittsburgh from 1989 to 2000 in various roles, including Manager of the Heart and Vascular Center. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Carlow College, and a Diploma of Nursing from Mercy Hospital School of Nursing.
