Yvonne Martinez

Yvonne Martinez has extensive experience in education, currently serving as the College and Career Readiness coordinator at Northside Independent School District since September 2012. Previously, Yvonne worked at Victory Christian High School in Pell City, Alabama, where responsibilities included teaching English for 9th and 11th grades, serving as a Study Skills Teacher, Drama Club Sponsor, and facilitating various class-related activities from September 2008 to June 2012. Earlier experience includes teaching at Castle Hills First Baptist High School from 1992 to 2000, where Yvonne held positions such as English Teacher, NHS Sponsor, and English Department Chair, along with involvement in grant writing. Yvonne holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Schreiner University and a Bachelor of Education from St. Mary's University, specializing in Music, Science, and English.
