Northside Neighborhood House
Jessica L. Whatley, CFRE, currently serves as the CEO of Northside Neighborhood House since September 2024. Prior to this role, Whatley held the position of CEO at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Chattanooga from February 2019 to September 2024, and served as Chief Development Officer and Director of Public Relations and Marketing at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Birmingham from April 2013 to January 2019. Other notable positions include Director at Growing Our Own Youth from August 2011 to April 2013, Prevention Educator at Family Sunshine Center from July 2010 to August 2011, and Assistant Media Director at St. James United Methodist Church from January 2010 to January 2011. Whatley obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Auburn University at Montgomery, having previously attended Auburn University from 2004 to 2006.

Northside Neighborhood House
The mission of the NNH is to promote the independence of residents north of the river by providing a hand up through education and assistance. The Northside Neighborhood House has three programs to assist those living north of the river in Hamilton County, TN. The NNH serves our community through direct assistance, education, three thrift store locations, the Coffee Community Collective (in Soddy Daisy), and CommUNITY School programs.
