Stephanie Ebner has extensive experience in customer service and management across various industries. Currently serving as Escalations Manager at Northsight Management since April 2020, Stephanie has previously held multiple roles at Safeguard Properties, including Convey Specialist, Project Manager, Business Analyst, Continuous Improvement Manager, and Regional Coordinator from July 2010 to February 2020. Earlier in Stephanie's career, a position as Customer Relationship Specialist at First Merit Bank involved providing exceptional customer service and executive assistance to top executives from November 2005 to August 2008. Additionally, between October 1995 and July 2001, Stephanie owned and managed Stephanie's Mane Cuts, successfully overseeing all aspects of the salon's operations, including marketing and customer service.
