Kimberly Spratt

Kimberly Spratt has a diverse work experience spanning various roles. Kimberly currently holds the position of Senior Manager Talent Acquisition at Northspyre. Prior to this, they worked at PlanSource as a Talent Acquisition Manager and Early Career Talent Lead, where they spearheaded a campus recruiting strategy and internship program. At Florida Technical College, they served as a Recruiter from 2017 to 2019. Before that, they were the Campus Director, Development at Vocational Academy of Makeup & Prosthetic, where they successfully developed curriculums, implemented marketing strategies, and managed accreditations. Additionally, they have experience as the Managing Director at Joe Blasco Makeup School, where they supervised employees and oversaw operations.

Kimberly Spratt earned their Bachelor's degree in Health Services/Allied Health/Health Sciences, General from the University of Central Florida, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications such as the People Manager Qualification (PMQ) from SHRM in June 2020, as well as the Inbound Certified certification from HubSpot in 2020.
