Brent Scurci

Brent Scurci has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in leadership roles. Brent started their career in the US Army as an Infantry Officer and Operations specialist. Following their military service, they transitioned to a role as a Sales Consultant at DePuy Synthes Companies of Johnson & Johnson, where they managed sales activities in Southern California. Later, they served as an Operations Manager at DaVita Kidney Care, leading the turnaround of an underperforming hemodialysis operation and implementing new programs to improve patient care and operational efficiency. Brent then became a Director of Group Operations at Optum, overseeing primary care centers and driving results in various KPIs. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Operations at NorthStar Anesthesia, where they are responsible for revenue, contract performance, and strategic planning within multi-state markets. Throughout their career, Brent has demonstrated strong leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to driving growth and success in various healthcare and corporate settings.

Brent Scurci earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2001. Brent later obtained an MBA in General Management/Finance from USC Marshall School of Business in 2011. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in Six Sigma and process improvement foundations through LinkedIn.
