Kaitlin Royal

Kaitlin Royal has a strong background in recruiting, with experience at Staff Care as a Senior Recruiting Consultant from 2010 to 2017. Kaitlin then moved on to Convergenz in early 2017 as an IT Recruiter. From April 2017, they joined NorthStar Anesthesia as a Senior Clinical Recruiter, eventually becoming the Director of Clinical Recruiting. Kaitlin has proven skills in managing the entire recruiting process and partnering with clients to meet their employment needs.

Kaitlin Royal earned a Bachelor's degree in Advertising with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma between 2006 and 2010.
