Aaron Vanwinkle

Aaron VanWinkle has a diverse background in the battery industry and aerospace maintenance. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Customer Quality ESG at EnerSys since May 2024, Aaron previously held various positions at NorthStar Battery, including Product Manager, Technical Sales Engineer, Field Service/Warranty Manager, Quality Engineer, Electrical Lab Technician, and Production/Lead since April 2001. Responsibilities in these roles encompassed technical assistance for UPS and telecom applications, warranty coordination, production quality oversight, and battery testing. Aaron's career began in the United States Air Force as an Aerospace Ground Equipment Mechanic from August 1990 to December 1997, focusing on maintenance and inspections of aircraft support equipment.
