Aaron Hart

Aaron Hart is a seasoned professional in restaurant operations, currently serving as the Senior Managing Partner at Northstar Cafe since September 2011. In this role, Aaron oversees all aspects of restaurant operations, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and training, while leading a team of Managing Partners and multiple managers in training. Previous experience includes a position as Managing Partner at Northstar Cafe at Easton, where Aaron managed both Front and Back of House standards and food inventory, as well as a role as a Culinary Team Member responsible for grill station prep and service.
