Stephen Subu

Stephen Subu, PMP, currently serves as Principal Project Manager for Onsite Renewables Development at NorthStar Clean Energy since May 2023, after previously managing renewable energy projects at Consumers Energy from May 2017 to May 2023. Subu's extensive experience includes overseeing wind, solar, and hydro asset projects, coordinating large-scale natural gas pipeline projects, and managing multidisciplinary engineering teams. Prior roles at Consumers Energy encompassed civil design and environmental engineering work, while earlier experience included environmental technician duties at Natural Resource Technology and explosive ordnance disposal in the United States Air Force. Subu holds a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Michigan State University.
