Michael Finley is an experienced professional in the estimating field, currently serving as Estimating Manager at NorthStar Energy Services since June 2015, after previously holding the position of Sr. Estimator. Prior to that, Michael worked as a Sr. Estimator at Ref-Chem, L.P. from July 2012 to June 2015 and was an Independent Business Owner at M. Finley Construction from January 2004 to August 2012. Additionally, Michael has experience as a Certified Flight Instructor at Oxford Aviation, Inc. from January 2003 to December 2004. Michael holds an educational background from the University of Houston, having studied there from 2014 to 2017.
