Kaylee Gathard

Kaylee Gathard is an experienced professional in the construction and behavioral therapy fields. Currently serving as the Estimating & Preconstruction Manager at The Boldt Company since March 2023, Gathard previously held roles as an Estimator at S+B James Construction from March 2021 to March 2023 and as a Project Estimator and Project Engineer at MarketOne Builders, Inc. from June 2016 to October 2021. Early career experience includes working as a Behavioral Consultant at Intercare Therapy, Inc. from February 2012 to March 2016, where responsibilities included writing behavioral plans for students on the spectrum and managing therapists in Applied Behavior Analysis therapy. Gathard holds a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology from California State University-Sacramento and has furthered education at San Diego State University and the University of California, Davis.
