Aisha Michelle Lewis

Aisha Michelle Lewis has a diverse work experience in the field of fertility and bioethics. Aisha Michelle is currently the President of Everie at Northstar Fertility since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Bioethicist at ReproEthics from March 2019 to January 2023. Aisha Michelle also held roles such as Senior Director of Third Party Programs at Pinnacle Fertility from May 2022 to October 2022, Sales Executive at EngagedMD from January 2021 to May 2022, and Visiting Researcher at Georgetown University's Kennedy Institute of Ethics from June 2019 to January 2022. In addition, Aisha has experience in strategic alliances and clinical operations, having worked as the Director of Strategic Alliances at California Cryobank LLC from November 2015 to January 2021, and as the Director of Tissue Bank & Client Services and Director of Clinical Operations at Fairfax EggBank from May 2014 to November 2015 and September 2012 to August 2014, respectively. Before that, they served as the Clinical Manager at Fertility Treatment Center from October 2011 to October 2012. Aisha's earliest work experience was as an Assistant Director of Donor Egg & Gestational Surrogacy at Genetics & IVF Institute, Inc. from May 2000 to October 2012.

Aisha Michelle Lewis earned a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Colgate University in 1997. Aisha Michelle later pursued a Master's degree in Biomedical Ethics from the Alden March Bioethics Institute, completing it in 2017. Aisha Michelle continued their education at the same institute and obtained a Doctorate in Bioethics, Health Ethics & Policy in 2019.
