Desiree Laufenberg

Desiree Laufenberg started their work experience in 1994 as a Merchandise Manager at JCPenney. Desiree then worked as a Department Manager at Bed Bath & Beyond before joining Sanford Business-to-Business as a Senior Customer Service Representative in 1999. At Sanford, they received awards for their exceptional customer service and played a key role in improving processes and procedures.

Desiree also worked at Upper Iowa University as a Full-Time Student, where they graduated with Summa Cum Laude Honors. During their time there, they conducted research and provided recommendations for various projects related to customer service.

After completing their education, Desiree worked at Kerry Ingredients as an International Customer Care Representative, where they handled export accounts and provided top-quality customer service.

Desiree then joined DuPont as a contractor through Global Strategic Consultants, LLC and later AllSource/Agile-1. In this role, they served as a Project Administrator and Capital Expansion Project Scheduler, where they developed and maintained project schedules, assessed risks, and ensured projects stayed on track.

Desiree's most recent work experience is with NorthStar Medical Radioisotopes, LLC, where they started as a Project Coordinator in 2019 and is now a Project Manager since September 2021.

Throughout their career, Desiree has consistently demonstrated strong project management skills, exceptional customer service, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Desiree Laufenberg has a diverse education history with a focus on project management, management, fashion merchandising/management, and marketing. Desiree first attended Blackhawk Technical College from 1991 to 1994, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in both Fashion Merchandising/Management and Marketing. Following this, from 2010 to 2012, Desiree attended Upper Iowa University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management. In 2014, they further expanded their knowledge by completing a Certificate in Project Management at Blackhawk Technical College.
