Kevin Ruse, AIA, LEED AP, is a seasoned architect with extensive experience in real estate development and project management. Currently serving as Vice President at Northstar Project & Real Estate Services since April 2022, Kevin focuses on managing projects for institutional, higher education, life science, healthcare, commercial, residential, and research clients in the greater Boston area. Prior to this role, Kevin was a Project Executive at MURPHY & MCMANUS, LLC from October 2007 to April 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing development projects and client relations. Earlier experience includes serving as an Associate at ARC Architectural Resources Cambridge, handling design and construction administration, and as a Designer at Gorman Richardson Architects. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Syracuse University, obtained between 1988 and 1993.
