Robert Sulzer serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Northstar Properties since February 2015, overseeing New York operations, acquisitions, and development, while also managing properties. Prior to this role, Robert held positions at Newcastle Realty Services as a Project Coordinator and Property Manager from June 2010 to August 2014, and worked as a Salesperson at The Corcoran Group between May 2009 and June 2010. Earlier in the career, Robert served as a Web Editor at Plum TV from May 2007 to November 2008. Robert earned a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School between 2020 and 2022, previously studied at the NYU School of Professional Studies from 2012 to 2015, and received a Bachelor of Arts in Music & Technology from Connecticut College from 2002 to 2006.

Northstar Properties
Northstar Properties develops and operates retail and residential properties in the Northeast. Northstar Centers manages portfolio properties. Northstar Realty and Construction provides building construction, brokerage and other services. The Northstar portfolio consists primarily of supermarket and national discounter-anchored open-air community centers. More recently, we have added urban mixed-use properties, primarily with residential rental above street level retail. Northstar maintains offices in New York City and suburban Boston.
