Lana Kopacz

Lana comes to Northstar with 15 years of customer service experience in a large call center environment, and 15 years in the public school system as a paraeducator with children with intensive needs. In this role Lana came to understand that love is truly unconditional. For her, it was an extremely rewarding experience.
