Victoria Rubas

Victoria joined the Northstar after graduating from Herkimer County Community College with a A.A.S. in Human Resource Management. While at HCCC, she worked as a Financial Coordinator at Valley Health Services. She also worked nights and weekends as a bartender at a few local bars and a brewery.
