Jeanine Jackson

Jeanine Jackson has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Jeanine is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at NorthStar Regional, where they oversee HR systems, employee relations, compliance with regulations, budget management, staffing, training programs, and compensation plans. Jeanine also ensures compliance with the MN State Department of Human Services and collaborates with the executive team to develop policies and procedures.

Additionally, Jeanine has worked as an Adjunct Professor at Metropolitan State University, teaching a course on Native American Contemporary Issues for the graduate program.
