Debbie Connelly

Debbie Connelly has a diverse work experience in event management and marketing. Debbie is currently serving as the Head of Awards and Conferences Operations at Northstar Travel Group since 2023. Previously, they worked at Intelligent Partnership as the Head of Events, where they successfully expanded the events portfolio from 5 to 33 nationwide events and 5 virtual events ranging in scale. Before that, they worked at Octopus Investments as an Events Manager and later as an Events & Sponsorship Manager, where they developed and implemented an events strategy to generate leads for the Business Development team. Prior to that, Debbie worked at BPP as a Conference and Events Manager, starting as a Marketing Assistant and gradually progressing through multiple roles, handling student applications, recruitment events, and marketing activities. Debbie also has experience as a Marketing Coordinator at CACI Ltd. Throughout their career, they have earned several promotions and awards for their outstanding performance.

Debbie Connelly attended the University of Brighton from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a BA (Hons) degree in Business Studies with Marketing.
