Janine Lester started their career as a Human Resources Representative at Spencer Savings Bank in 1995 and served in that role until 1997. Following this, they joined Liberty Science Center as the Director of Human Resources from 1997 to 2006. In 2006, Janine joined Northstar Travel Group, where they held various roles in the Human Resources department, including Vice President, Senior Vice President, and currently, they serve as the Chief People Officer. Janine Lester attended the University of Scranton from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree with a focus on psychology. Following that, from 1993 to 1995, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Montclair State University.
