Shaun Lillie

Shaun Lillie, PhD, is a dedicated advocate for equality, diversity, and inclusion within educational settings, currently serving as the PGR Welfare Rep at Northumbria Students' Union since March 2022, representing postgraduate students across various demographics. Additional roles include Secretary for the Drama Society, handling administrative responsibilities, and working at the Welcome Desk to assist students and the public with inquiries. Previously, Shaun was the Disabled Student Rep at Northumbria University, focusing on enhancing the educational experience for students with special educational needs. Shaun's experience also includes serving as a Learning Support Assistant at Tynemet College from April 2016 to June 2021. Shaun holds a PhD in Computer Science and has advanced degrees in Education from Northumbria University and the University of Sunderland.
