Alan Bryce (Independent Non-Executive Director) joined the Board in April 2021. Mr Bryce was, until 2009, Managing Director of ScottishPower Energy Networks, and before that Managing Director of ScottishPower Generation. He is a Non-Executive Director of Northern Ireland Electricity Networks and of Jersey Electricity plc.
He was formerly a Non-Executive director of Scottish Water until 2018, Infinis Energy plc, and Chair of Viking Energy Shetland. As an advisor in the utilities industry, Mr Bryce served on Ofgem’s Network Innovation Competition Expert Panel and the RIIO-2 Customer Challenge Group. He is a member of the Audit Committee, Risk & Compliance Sub-committee and Remuneration and Nomination Committees.
