Kathryn Waugh

Kathryn Waugh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic and tactical planning, customer care, and operations management at NWG (Northumbrian Water Group) since September 2001. Kathryn has held several key positions, including Strategic Planning Manager, Tactical Planning Manager, Customer Care Manager, Operations Controller, Treatment Works Manager, and Development Works Manager, starting as a Graduate Trainee. Additionally, Kathryn served as Business Transformation Lead at Northumbrian Water Group Limited from September 2017 to July 2019. Educationally, Kathryn earned a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Newcastle University and a BA in Leadership and Management from Northumbria University.
