Shaun Gibson

Shaun Gibson is an experienced technical support professional with a diverse background in water management and military vehicle maintenance. Currently serving as a Technical Support Advisor 1 at NWG (Northumbrian Water Group) since October 2021, Shaun previously held roles at Yorkshire Water, including Operational Technical Specialist and Network Controller, where responsibilities included managing complex sewer investigations and training new colleagues. Shaun's career in the water industry began as an Operational Jetting Technician at Yorkshire Water. Prior experience includes over a decade in HM Forces as a Class 1 Vehicle Mechanic, focusing on the mechanical maintenance of various vehicles and ensuring high standards of work among junior tradesmen. Shaun's education was completed at Greenfield Community Arts College, Newton Aycliffe, from 2001 to 2005.
