Tim Rutter

Tim Rutter has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Tim most recently worked at NWG (Northumbrian Water Group) as the Head of Engineering starting in July 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Managing Director at Universal Wolf from November 2021 to July 2023. Tim also held various positions at Hitachi Rail, including Plant Manager, Head of Technical Services, and Manufacturing Systems and Process. Tim worked at Pearson Engineering Ltd as the Director of Manufacturing Services and at Reece Group as the Chief Transformation Officer. Before that, they worked at BAE Systems in roles such as Head of Business Assurance + Improvement, Head of Transformation, Integration + Restructuring, Project Manager - Infrastructure + Change Projects, Manufacturing Engineering Lead, Project Lead - Operations, and as part of the Graduate Scheme. Tim Rutter earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Newcastle University between 1999 and 2003.
