Kristen Bales is a seasoned music and worship leader with extensive experience in various roles within the church and music industry. Currently serving as the Binford Campus Music Director at Northview Church since September 2018, Kristen is responsible for planning and directing musical aspects of weekend services, managing technical elements, and training musicians. Kristen participated in a two-year residency program at Northview Church, providing immersive ministerial experience. Previous positions include Music Director at School of Rock, Interim Pastor at Christ United Methodist Church, and Booking Agent at Crawford Talent Group, among others. Kristen holds a Bachelor's degree in Music Business from Anderson University and has a background in advocacy, event planning, and marketing within the music community.
