Steve Hayden

Steve Hayden is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and human resources management. Currently serving as the Teams & Ministry Associate Strategy Director and previously as the Ministry Associate Coordinator at Northview Church since June 2019, Steve has demonstrated a commitment to organizational development within non-profit settings. Prior to this role, Steve held significant positions in the corporate sector, including Director of Associate Service at Holsom Bakery since June 2009, and Director of Human Resources for various branches of Flowers Baking Company from 2012 to 2016. Additionally, Steve served as Plant Manager and Director of Human Resources at Henman Engineering & Machine, Inc. from 1999 to 2009. Steve holds a Master of Science in Management, further emphasizing a solid foundation in strategic leadership.
